Parents/caregivers of Kindergarten and Class 1 at Mount Barker Waldorf School are invited to join this two-part workshop focused on anthroposophic perspectives in healthcare. The workshop speaks of ways for strengthening the immune system to help maintain health, and suggests contents for a home care kit, along with practical experiences to help build confidence in providing care should family members fall ill.

Maintaining balance and supporting health through an understanding of our body as a three-fold organisation.

Experiencing teas applied to the skin as compresses.
